Cancellation Policy


Due to high demand for our stylists’ time, Má Belle Hair Salon holds a strict Cancellation Policy.


In order for us to provide you with the best experience, please arrive on time to your appointment. Guests who arrive 15 minutes or later than their scheduled time must reschedule their appointment with a $50 nonrefundable deposit.


We understand that sometimes life happens. If you must reschedule your appointment, please give us a 24 hour notice. If done after the 24 hour mark, we require a $50 deposit to secure your next appointment. 


We understand that sometimes more life happens. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or fail to show up to your appointment, we require that half of the missed appointment amount as well as the full amount for the next visit is paid upon scheduling.


*All deposits made go towards your next appointment but are nonrefundable if such appointment is missed.


Entourage Policy


While we welcome guests' friends and family, for safety purposes, Má Belle Hair Salon asks that all extra persons without an appointment stay in the lobby while you are with your stylist. Additionally, we ask that all children are supervised in the lobby.

Retail Product Returns & Exchange Policy


Due to health and sanitation purposes, Má Belle Hair Salon does not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used retail items.

If an item seems to be broken or malfunctioning, please contact the brand’s customer service for more help!
