24-Hour Cancellation Notice
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We value your business and appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you fail to show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Late Policy
Although we have a 15 min grace period, we cannot ensure service for late arrivals. If you arrive after the grace period, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. Children Due to the use of hot tools and chemicals we ask that all children are accompanied by an adult in the waiting area at all times. They are not to be in the salon area unless they are getting a service. Guests look forward to their salon experience as personal “pampering” time. Even the best behaved children are subject to elements of danger in the salon environment. Please respect this policy, we appreciate your understanding. Retail Product Policy Our staff is trained on all of our product lines and make personalized take-home recommendations based on your specific needs. We are proud to offer you high quality professional Kerastase salon products. Unfortunately, due to safety protocol, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has left the salon. Adjustment Policy It is important to us that each of our guests leave happy with their service. We welcome the opportunity to address any concerns and are happy to make any necessary adjustments within 7 days of your service. In most cases, adjustments are free of charge and with the original service provider. We do not offer refunds on services. Pricing Policy Prices are not listed on our website due to multi level stylists and individualized consultation. Prices are subject to change based on additional time needed to complete a service or special products options that may be selected at time of service. Upon request your stylist is happy to provide a pricing breakdown prior to the start of your service. |
